It has arrived! The Last Word has launched the official first issue of TLW magazine, an arts, music, and underground culture mag brought to you by the genius of The L. Park Project and DiLo DeMilLe. Along with other awesomeness (including a review of the Watch the Throne album and an expose' on the Black/POC punk scene known in Philly as Rockers!), this month's issue features an article on the Afrofuturism aesthetic, penned by yours truly, as well as an Afrofuturistic photospread designed by feyasterling inc. and shot by the magazine's parental units.
Just in time for the The AfroFuturist Affair, ay, ay??? feyasterling inc., DiLo DeMille, and The L. Park Project will all be contributing their time, celebrity, and talents to the event. Please check out the article and the rest of the photoshoot, along with other visual and literary treats, here: TLW magazine.
