The MysMe fandom: I really hope they don't hurt 707 or V in Ray's Route!! A Good End can't happen without reconciliation with his family!

putting my thoughts under the read more for length reasons. I actually had something like this forming (and partially written) when I first played V’s route, but now with Ray’s route on the horizon and me, out another $100 bc VIP thanks cheritz just take all my money I can’t get the Fear out of my head.
Hopefully this is all just wild speculation on my behalf :’)
I’ve only Good Ended YS☆, 707 (+ S01/02), & V so far, as well as some of the xmas DLC, but Vanderwood has always tied in with 707, and 707 always ties in with Saeran, so it’s safe to assume that we’ll get more Vanderwood interaction. Now the question is, to what extent? In the S01 (if I remember correctly. its been a while) VW kidnaps Saeran mistaking him for 707. In Another Story, VW was proven to be a huge help with detoxing w/o alerting the authorities.
In my V playthrough, I couldn’t stop entertaining the thought of 707 discovering confirming Ray’s identity, and I was left feeling a bit empty at the lack of closure on their behalf. Of course, now with an upcoming Ray route, things change.
As agents, they can’t have familial ties, and if the boss wished it, VW would normally have to get rid of Saeran altogether. This was such a different case, though. They get rid of liabilities, but Saeran would be such an asset. The hacker who gives 707 a run for his money? An exception can be made.
This is where it can go one of two ways. They could all end up in the agency, probably with certain rules and check-ins they have to follow, but relatively “safe”. On the other hand, would Saeran even want to be an agent? 707 has been pretty clear about the shithole it really is, and even VW jumped at the chance to escape when the opportunity presented itself.
VW has always played a bigger role when the twins are involved, so it would make sense that they’d grow on him. Agents don’t have family, but he’s been watching over 707 for years. Even though it was mainly for work reasons, he did stop by during xmas and could tell that the holidays are rough on him.

Yeah, VW thinks they’re all insane and he didn’t sign up for any of this shit, but he also kinda thinks that this is what family is supposed to feel like.
So when they’re escaping, it’s frighteningly reminiscent to SE1 when 707′s arm was grazed, but Vanderwood was never meant to take that bullet his body just moved before he could think and–
