Tonight's dinner was at a Milwaukee Institution - @madersrestaurant History states they have been around since 1902 Starters: Reuben Rolls - corned beef, sauerkraut and swiss cheese inside a won ton wrap with crispy spinach and German mustard sauce. Entre: House spcialty of pork shank with apple demi glaze red potatoes and red cabbage. We've returned for a Milwaukee favorite Since discovering @alem_ethiopian_village several years ago we can't stay away. The food is outstanding. Of course @st.georgebeer and Ethiopian honey wine were a must Starters - Sambusa - Seasoned beef, with onions and spices and stuffed in rolls Yetematim Fitfit - Diced tomatoes, onions, peppers and spices with pieces of Injera. Her entree: Yebeg Alitcha - A mild lamb stew cooked with garlic, ginger and other spices.
