This gluten-free white wine garlic salmon recipe is a delicious and elegant dish that's perfect for a special occasion or a weeknight dinner. The combination of white wine, garlic, and fresh lemon juice creates a flavorful marinade that infuses the salmon with a delightful taste. Serve it with your favorite gluten-free side dishes for a complete meal.
Ingredients: 4 salmon fillets. 1/2 cup white wine. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: To make the marinade, put the minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and white wine in a small bowl. Cover the salmon fillets with the marinade. Place them in a shallow dish of water. Make sure the salmon has enough on it. Put the dish in the fridge with the lid on for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors mix. Turn on your oven and heat it up to 375F 190C. Set a big skillet that can go in the oven on medium-high heat. When it's hot, add a little olive oil to keep it from sticking. Put the salmon fillets that have been marinated in the pan with the skin side down. Sear for two to three minutes, or until the skin is golden and crisp. Carefully turn the salmon fillets over and cover them with any marinade that's left. Place the skillet in an oven that has already been heated up. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked to your liking and can be easily flaked with a fork. Add fresh parsley on top and serve hot. Enjoy your white wine garlic salmon that doesn't have gluten!
