How many different Carrot Soup recipes are out there? One per cook, I’d say. Or 19,100,000 results says Google!
Personally, I change recipe often, well actually every time, adding different ingredients to the same base, a purée, made of carrots and lentils.
As day are getting shorter and the air cooler, hopelessly clinging on Summer, tonight’s soup was pimped-up with Ginger, Turmeric and Paprika: soothing, warming and uplifting, it was even more comforting when I added a pinch of Coconut Flakes.
It coloured the sky Orange, like one last Summer #sunset.
