2015 Animal Kingdom Primeval Whirl. Gone but not forgotten

It had taken months to assemble the displays, but at long last, the brand new natural history exhibit was open to the public. It wasn’t entirely Ryou’s taste--he much preferred human artifacts--but he was proud of his work nonetheless. After all, he’d been the one left in charge of a “special project”, an enormous diorama of life across the ages. Each and every tiny creature, every rock and plant, everything had been assembled and painted by Ryou alone, though under the guidance of the Curator and senior staff.

However, unbeknownst to the teen, he’d made a few mistakes with the models in both the late Triassic and early Cretaceous periods. Thus far, none of the Museum’s patrons had noticed. Actually, much to his dismay, none of them really even looked at his work, instead blowing right on by to the main fossil collection exhibits.

He took it upon himself to hover near the table, supposing that maybe if he looked like an interested patron, others might join him. Stranger things had happened, after all.
