Dinosaur fact of the day

The most complete Tyrannosaurus Rex ever found is named Sue and is currently located in the Field Museum in Chicago. It was found by Sue Hendrickson and named after her. Not only is it an incredibly complete skeleton, it has an estimated age of 27-33 years old upon death, which is quite old for a T. Rex! It also has signs of injury and even arthritis. If you’re in the Chicago area, I recommend visiting the Field Museum for this and other exhibits! I went and they have a very in-depth paleontology exhibit. I also wanted to catch up with Sue (who’s doing well and likes all the attention), and it was a great trip.
