I saw something on TikTok where a woman talked about “dinosaur time” which is something she invented where you shove a bunch of greens in your mouth while pretending you’re a dinosaur to eat more vegetables. And it reminded me: I can just eat raw vegetables. I’m not a very good cook and I’m tired but I kind of like how plain vegetables taste. So if I just eat some plain romaine lettuce that’s giving me nutrients I wouldn’t otherwise get and it removes the textural and logistical complexities of salad. Pretending to be a dinosaur is optional but could be helpful to some too.
