She was finished with work for the day, and it was time to head home. Tonight, she’d decided to walk home instead of taking the bus. It was nice outside for once. Plus, people on the bus tended to be very strange.

Paige had opted for the scenic route, which took her through a particular neighborhood. The houses here were really pretty, and probably a bit on the pricier side to own or live in. Maybe she’d get there one day, but not today.

She hadn’t expected to encounter too many people while walking this route. This area was quiet. But she realized she was coming up beside a blond stranger on her side of the street, as she walked his way. 

Was he staring at her? Paige timidly glanced his way, barely meeting his gaze for a split second.

“Oh, no worries,” she answered. “I’m not from around here. This is just a shortcut to where I live. It does seem really quiet and subdued here though.”

Maybe it was about time Gyro started acting more civilized toward Diego. Even though he disliked the guy, and he still wasn’t completely thrilled upon learning that he and Franky were indeed a couple, he’d decided to clean up his act.

He had Nessa to thank for the emotional support, too. She really had been such a big help to him, in talking sense into him and helping him try to change his attitude.

Gyro and Nessa were on their way to Franky and Diego’s place for a small gathering. A cookout, actually. And before the meal, Gyro had suggested watching a film. After browsing the video store and finding an interesting new comedy release, he decided they’d be all set.

After all, there was nothing like a good comedy movie to break the ice. The title, Sausage Party, was even a pun. Gyro mainly expected awful puns and a lot of tongue-in-cheek humour. How bad could it really be?

The two arrived, and after Gyro parked his motorcycle nearby, he and Nessa made their way for the door.

“Here’s to hoping this goes okay,” he said to Nessa.

              ———Parker Hugo barely knew how to drive a car, much less ride a horse. Imagine this: you’re an intercity kid, with no disposable income, no nuclear family unit, and the New York city transit system isn’t complete shit– Of course he’d never learned, at least not while he was stuck there. Even so, Hugo considered himself a quick learner these days. If he shifted gears incorrectly, his stand was always there to pick up his slack. Machines were easy; animals were not. 

              Pulling off his boot to empty out the contents, the boy settled into a small bench on the very end of the stalls. His first day with his instructor proved to be a bit of a failure, considering the wads of dirt caked into his clothes and hair. He had taken a spill getting on the horse, and after that, he could barely focus on the task at hand with the more experienced riders off to the side laughing. Maybe they weren’t laughing, but it didn’t matter so long as they saw it all. Making friends was not his intention here, but he certainly did a good job driving candidates away.

              The young man had put quite a bit of money into lessons, feeling they were necessary if he were to use his default, a stallion comprising of pure crimson energy. It was a stubborn thing, not exactly keen on listening to his commands like a car or bike would. He’d never been able to mount it or stay on, for that matter. The beast had no reins or saddle.

Violet City. A Poke Mart there was their target for their mission. And Ethyl wasn’t particularly looking forward to it.

She’d recently been recruited into Team Rocket, and assigned a partner to work with. Of course, since she hated working in teams, her commander had to stick her in one. How lame.

Diego was short in stature, but built well. His gaze was piercing and a bit on the cold side, and overall, he exuded a smug air. Nothing to really sneeze at, but maybe he’d prove to be useful for something. She liked to think that their commander had paired them together for a reason, perhaps seeing potential for them to work together. Not that she was thrilled about that. 

Why couldn’t she just do everything on her own, with her team of Pokemon? Was that not good enough?

They were just on the outskirts of the town, about to enter and locate the Poke Mart. For the most part, during the trip there, Ethyl had kept quiet, save for a few simple, few-word answers to some of Diego’s questions.

“Oh look, we’re here.” There was no enthusiasm to be found in her voice. Really, all she wanted was to get to the shop, quickly complete the objective, and then leave. Once their mission was finished, she could be alone again.

Personality: Diana is pretty enthusiastic and carefree. She is pretty much filled with hopes and dreams ever since she heard about the Steel Ball race in the past. She does tend to be pretty competitive and usually likes to do things all by herself, excluding herself from other groups. She is pretty persuasive and will do things under the radar to get things done, especially for her family. If something isn’t going right, she will be the first one to react to it. Also, she tends to be down for eating large meals at any time of day.

Special talents: • Horse riding •Cooking and baking (She loves food.) •Singing (Was in a choir.) •Combat for self-defense (blame HP.)

Who they like better: Diego. He taught her to not take crap from nobody.

Who they take after more: Diego. Despite her sweet appearance, Diana would get pretty ugly if something were to happen to her family. Like her father, she aims to being a famous Jockey. She would most likely end up being their caretaker as she gets older, but only if she ends up being the only child. (She hopes not lol.)

Personal headcanon: Diana has a strong resemblance of Diego's mother. She is Diego's #1 fan and always will be, she even begs her mother to take her to go see him race. Because her father is rarely home, she always arranges a small cake for him in case he comes back home late and is hungry. Before bed, she waits for her mother to come and wish her a good night before praying. When she was little, she kept "Wryying" all around the house as she was a crazy little runner, Hot Pants had to chase her around and it was funny. She wished to have a little brother or a sister in the future.

In reality, Diana wasn't meant to be born. Hot Pants failed to realize that she was conceiving a child when she was on her way back to the Vatican. Diego had to find out eventually.

Ex jockey was still bitter of having to be seperated from his Italian partner, and it was all because of the new stand user. He wasnt sure what exactly have happened but at one point of the race he and Gyro were riding side by side and next moment....poof it was as if they have taken seperate routs. 

He had to find a way to deal with this new stand user and fast before things get out of control too much. But at sight of familiar rival jockey he couldnt help but to glare at him, with desire to put him out of comission.

“Well aint you spiting image of someone who needs help...” he said with bitterness in his tone....but sadly for him Brando was right. It seemed like both of them had exact thought on mind. 

“Also you mean I will accept your offer  Dio, no need to twist this. As much as I hate to agree with you....im willing to cooperate to an extent. So how much do you know about this guy?”

♥ What’s the WORST thing that has happened to you rp wise?

HOOO man that could be a many a things. i think the worst thing to happen was i got involved with people i shouldn’t have? and in return i ended up damning myself from an entire fandom. because of the friends i made when i was a wee little kid basically anybody who’s known me back in the day and are still in the dr oc fandom to this day hate me with such a passion it’s almost scary. granted i have apologized and admitted what i did wrong like 2 years ago yet they’re still very adamant on condemning me as a god damn plague on the fandom whenever i remotely try to remake my blog.

♦ What was a mildly annoying thing that has happened to you rp wise?

ah well, again, that could be a lot of things since im constantly in a state of salt. i guess the most annoying thing to happen to me was bad-dangan-ronpa. for those of you who don’t know, bad-dangan-ronpa is essentially a blog made to make fun of people’s arts, cosplays, and most importantly: ocs. everyone’s oc at one point or another was featured on it and they either cried and whined about it on their blog or took the initiative and asked them to take down the picture. what annoyed me to hell and back was the fact my art/ocs were featured on the blog a record 7 times. 2 of which i asked to take down. by the time the 5th one was posted i literally did not give a shit anymore lmao
