An old character but still relevant.
More army girl Somau! Thinking up of names for her. I imagine her being the standard on-edge, disciplined, athletic type. Needs a tragic backstory.
Working on armor and guns for the Somau! It's challenging but I am learning a lot.
My idea is that they study telekinesis and have a good understanding of technology so the weapons are developed with the intention of being swung around in the air like a spinny blade? IDK.
Also tweaking the head structure a little to make them read a little more emotionally and be less.. creepy. I added a little housecat to the mix to widen the head and enlarge the eyes.
This character is also sporting an 'army crop' to her ears (and her tail.. which is no-tail). Ear crops are a sign of where the individual stands within the class system. Only the high class retain their full length ear most of the time.
I really like her colours and the shape of her crop.. Kind of reminds me of a pit bull. Maybe I'll name her!
Thought I would share the old animation I'm rehashing for my new personal portfolio website. This is Paintie! She is a cutie pie and loves nothing more than to roll around on concrete, leaving rad graffiti everywhere her painted side touches! At least that's how I imagine her. :)
