Zones out like crazy. He's SO good at hiding it until you're trying to have an actual conversation with him and then he just shuts his ears off. The "If I don't blink I won't be tempted to sleep" method seems to work well-

He cooks a nice meal for himself or writes a letter to Senjuro (...and Shinjuro I guess 😫) if he's not home. I can really tell that he's incredibly good at self soothing himself, I bet he's also the type to just sit and just let his thoughts happen as he talks through it with himself. HAVE YOU GUYS HEARD HINO SING. HIS VOICE IS SO RICH AND SMOOTH? 😩 I feel like he's humble about his singing voice but he's EXCEPTIONALLY good. Might have problems with tone pitching because of his hearing issues but <3 we love him either way

He has a steady hand but can't draw for shit. I feel like he draws animals constantly though, and he's always proud of how they turn out even though though look like a toddler drew them 😫
