Jenni sighed aloud as she laid on one of the various fancy furniture that adorned the Egyptian mansion. She’s been living here for years yet she recently started lounging around like she lived there rather than sitting properly like she was a visitor at a friend’s house for the first time. Not like that kind of reaction would be odd when her father was Dio Brando.
Dio Brando was an influential man, he’s the only person that actually intimidated her. When she first stumbled upon his steps ten years ago, she felt true fear. She cried. But Dio seemed to have graciously accepted her into his home- or at least, she thought he did. The last few years were a struggle, having a hard time trying to gain any sort of affection or sympathy from the man. But lately, there has been progress. Her entire goal for the last odd-sum years had been to earn the respect of her father... She hoped that maybe her attempts haven’t been in vain.
Glancing over at the man who ominously read a book on a chair adjacent to her’s she sat up a bit more and huffed.
❝ Hey... Dad? Can... You tell me more about these ‘Joestars’? I know you’ve sent a bunch of assassins to go and kill them but... I... Wanted to try my stand on them. It’d... Be a good gauge to see what I have to work towards I guess? I don’t know. My stand isn’t all that developed and if I could know just how powerful I need to be... ❞
The girl sat quietly for a moment and glanced away, mumbling.
