This is our poster pup @its_the_k9_kubo_show he had the opportunity to swing by to pay his respects to his lost friend Lucy. One year really flys by, we lost Lucy on 09/30/2020 to #dipg while she was in the hospital Kubo enjoyed visiting her and bringing a bit of joy to her day. Thank you all who have showed Lucy’s little company she started before her passing @lilkornslimefoundation a little love in the past. They still keep it going to honor her and use the funds to help other families who are battling DIPG. We often get caught up in the hustle and bustle of life, take a little moment to call an old friend or sibling, maybe a parent. Today was an emotional roller coaster for many. It was a beautiful day to be outside. We were all able to send this Angel home properly. Lucy, spread those wings of yours and look down upon your family and friends. We will all loose the path at some point, when that happens we know you’ll guide us back. Thank you for teaching us all so much in such a short period of time. @teagan_hunt asked me a question last night that really warmed my heart, she asked what if Lucy was an Angel already who was sent down to teach us all. We got home from @teagan_hunt conditioning and catching this evening to a special package waiting for her. She asked so she got a Lucy Strong / Play for Lucy bracelet by @_bythem00n . She is super happy to have her own now, I think it’s going to be hard for her to take it off while she plays softball though. Thank you @_bythem00n for this awesome little reminder for her.
