Took a short walk today for some fresh air and thought about all the people I miss in my neighborhood right now. I miss Namita who is the only person I trust to do my nails. I miss the guys at the UPS store where I mail packages and send back returns. I miss the men at the newsstands where I buy all my magazines. I miss Bobby at @jgmelon_nyc and even the surly waitress who never smiles. I miss running into my favorite FedEx delivery man on the street. I miss popping into @ralphlauren to say hello to Adam. I miss sneaking photos in front of the guards at the @frickcollection. I miss all the people who’ve ever made me salads at @sweetgreen. I miss all the dogs I used to pet. I miss the tourists who ask me where Carrie Bradshaw lived.
