I’m trying to figure out how to convince the SO to go to NY for the honeymoon :P the call of food is strong but I feel I’ll lose this one. Maybe Ill ditch him halfway through and go myself (Sometimes I dream of that bagel place near the train station.)

No real suggestions, but I also get a lot of sciatica pain. I just cycle through stretches (particularly reclined pigeon pose), t1’s and staying as vertical as possible and pray for the best. Hopefully the pain lessens soon <3

Yeah, that's pretty much what I've been doing, but... I'm REALLY not convinced it's sciatica. Like, I've had the equivalent pain in my arm and this is... not really that? It's not really nerve pain? It's ALL muscle tightness. And it goes pretty far up my back, too. I actually think the pain started in the ankle/calf and went up TO the back, not down from the back, if that makes sense? Like it really feels like a Charlie Horse that got out of hand. :P IDEK. *sigh* I think I may try to take a walk early tomorrow morning to stretch things out and see if that helps. Because I honestly don't know what else to try at this point. -.-;;;
