Woke up way too early in a panic and didn't want to take another Lorazepam. I was spiralling out about so many things, and some shit that happened in 2015, how bad I was. I said horrible things to people, it's a given they are not around me now, they are all still friends with each other. They let me disappear. No one came to find me. I deserved to be abandoned. I'm so so sorry to everyone I ever met. I know i'm not the same person but I still feel like I'm bad. I'm bad meat at my core. I haven't thought about any of this in so long.
