And the fibromyalgia strikes again.

For most, the pain attacks occurs during cold weather, but to me it always happens during hot weather. And Brazil is currently suffering a terrible heat wave that almost sent us to the heavens. Obviously, the eco-anxiety got it a lot worse.

And, per said, the fibromyalgia striked again. And os giving me a terrible migraine, back pain, dizziness, fatigue and all.

Today, the rain came and cooled a bit the weather, and boy it feels good. I relaxed, the pain got worse, but released the tension. I'm going to sleep like a princess!

I'm making a fronting form so that everyone/thing is aware of the many things they may experience while piloting the body.

I would like to limit the amount of times we've had something/one out here that wasn't expecting whatever it was happening and becoming distressed.
