Out in public, visibly disabled people on a regular basis get mocked, harassed, assaulted, have boundaries violated and bodily autonomy disrespected, not to mention photographed and filmed for social media without permission. Truly if one thinks "looking disabled" gives you more privileges and lets you be taken more seriously then they need a reality check slapped into them at this point.
