From the same series that this infamous panel is from, Psylocke is in a pose almost as weird as the one in the panel (which is actually from issue #1), and I think all her limbs are detaching from her body and butt (which is clearly the more important part to focus on).  

On the "bright side" I guess Angel is also showing his butt off, so... equality(?)

"Who she is" is I guess Cybernary. "What she is" is I think a collection of body parts piled near each other.

Also, does it count as sexy if your body has like fallen apart? Because I'm having trouble connecting some of her body parts together.
