I had to get out of the house and breath in some fresh air. Woke up dizzy and nauseous. I know it’s the medications I’m taking but being ill and getting iller is never fun. So i mustard all the strength I had and drive 7 minutes to get to the beach. I so am grateful to have listened to my intuition. Though I’m not healed my dizziness and nausea have abated!!! Thank God for small mercies.
