Bro I really wish I knew how to animate. Not little joke animatics but like full music videos cause I've been listening to Jonathan Young's villain covers. Some of these songs would fit my boys so well-

And since that's probably never going to happen, I'm just gonna yap about it here.

RAMBLING MOMENT (skip if ya want)

Poseidon obviously gets Shiny. It fits his harsh nature along with how vein he can be. I also believe he is attracted to shiny things like fish are, so he'd hoard like crazy. I did consider My Lullaby, but come on. It's Shiny. How could I not? Also that moment at the end when Tamatoa mocks Maui is so Poseidon and older Ody to me. "Oh the king's having trouble with his look. You don't swing it like you used to."

Zeus was harder for me to decide, and I was going to pick Gaston, but I don't think it fits my interpretation to a tee. So I would pick You're Only Second Rate. Every Zeus loves to brag and he sure as hell doesn't need someone else to sing his praises. He does that enough himself. "Hit me with your best shot, kid. Really? Was that it? Well then, my turn."

I was going to give Hades In the Dark of the Night since he's generally more serious than his brothers, but something about that choice didn't sit right with me. He is on the more serious end, but he can have more bombastic moments like his siblings. He also has a playful side that comes out more when he's tipsy or betting with/against a mortal. For that, I think Oogie Boogie's song fits him after a few shots of wine. Especially if the person he's singing to is Odysseus. "Is this really the mf my brothers' were so upset over? They can't be serious. This is some kind of joke. I've had too much wine."
