Keeping The Disney Magic
Howdy y’all! Many people are disheartened about the closure of the Disney Parks and the Disney Stores, especially the ones that had made plans to visit the parks. So I have compiled a list of 11 things that you can do to keep some of the Disney Magic while we are going through this crazy time.
1. Watch your favorite Disney Movie! Plan a movie night with your buddies or just by yourself. Pop some popcorn, grab some blankets and pillows, turn off the lights and let the magic take over!
2. Listen to some loops on the music streaming service of your choice! It’s not the same as being there, but it is not very often you get to actually hear the loop music unless it is park open or park close. The Lost Bros. have compiled a very fun playlist on spotify, check it out!

3. Do some fun Disney DIYs like this fun Millennium Falcon message board

4. ReWatch One Day At Disney on Disney+
5. Imagine you’re watching Fantasmic while snacking on this delicious Sorcerer Mickey Brownie Bowl Sundae
6. Support your favorite Disney Inspired shops like The Lost Bros Once Upon Apparel Cakeworthy Heigh Ho Design Co. There’s a million, go support your favorite one, get the shirt you’ve been wanting.
7. You’ve never seen Star Wars? Now is your chance to binge the Skywalker Saga (The Last Jedi and The Rise of Skywalker are not available on Disney+). Remember, it’s 4,5,6,1,2,3,7,8,9 ;) or 4,5,6,1,2,3, Solo, Rogue One,7,8,9.
8. Make your own Disney Movie Bingo! Be as creative as you want, the possibilities are endless.

9. It’s not the kitchen sink at Beaches and Cream or the Mickey’s Kitchen sink at the Plaza Ice Cream Parlor on Main Street but you can make your own delicious Mickey Ice Cream Sundae, and if you have a kitchen sink from your last visit, you can put it in there for some extra pixie dust magic!

10. Disneybound as your favorite character! Disney...but make it fashion. Nobody has to know you’re doing it, and you’ll look fabulous with your homemade Disney Magic. Plan your dapper day outfit!
11. Create a magical moment by donating some goods to your local shelter. Times are crazy right now so spread some magic to people who need it. Be a VoluntEAR for someone in need who might just need your smile or a pack of goods.

Evie's Poison Heart 2.0
Not long now!
WHAT IS UP EVERYONE!!!
So, I’m pretty proud of every diy that has been posted so far but today’s diy is super special to me. It took a bit of time and planning to get right. I went through so many different ideas that my head almost exploded. So I hope you like it.
I’m happy to share with you Evie’s Poisoned Heart 2.0!
What you will need: -a heart chocker (I found mine at Rue 21 but I’ve seen similar ones at forever 21, Claire’s, and hot topic.) -crystals in red and iridescent (I used Swarovski crystals but use what you like) -a sheet of red glitter felt -your choice of jewelry adhesive (I used the glue Swarovski provides it’s great) -a gold crown charm (mine came as pins, I found them at my local craft store)
Let’s get started shall we!
First of all I had to find a choker that looks similar to Evie’s. I found mine at Rue 21 and it was exactly what I wanted.
Since the heart is open I needed to find a back so the crystals would have a place to sit. I used a piece of glitter felt. I traced the heart on the back of the felt and cut it out. I then added adhesive to the back of the heart and placed the felt onto it and I let it dry for an hour.
(This was taken from my Snapchat.)
Once dry and set it was time for the fun part! The Crystals!!!
I placed the iridescent ones on the silver heart and the red ones inside of the heart on the glitter felt.
I allowed that to dry over night. Next step is adding the final touch. The crown.
I added a generous amount of adhesive to the back and held the crown in place. I held it there for a while just to make sure it was set and wouldn’t move. After drying over night I finally had a new version of Evie’s poisoned heart.
This project is really close to my heart. Mainly because I’m not the only one that has this choker. Admin Mod MZH and Mod Rose will soon have the same choker. Binding us together. Just like the first version of the heart.
I hope you enjoyed this post. The heart is for sure my favorite. I hope it’s one of yours too.
Till tomorrow everyone!! -Mod 101 ❤️🐾
May DIY: Art’s Dream Journal from Monster’s University
“Excited to live with you, and laugh with you... [changes his mood] And cry with you. I thought you'd like to keep a dream journal!” -Art
This May I officially graduated! Since graduation means a mandatory viewing of Monsters University (Check out list of Disney Movies to watch when you graduate here!) I decided to make a DIY inspired by this awesome Pixar film!
This month’s DIY is a dream journal inspired by the one Art decorates for his friends when they enter the Oozma Kappa house. The supplies can be found at a dollar store, but I tried to keep it things I already had around the house.
Level: Super Duper Easy Time: about 2 days (to let glue dry completely)
