Damn, Disney hitting me hard with Encanto, the story of a family healing from the emotional abuse of a perfectionistic and deeply hurt matriarch who puts immense pressure on her family to perform and put on a good public face. Everyone thinks everyone else is perfect and so they're all suffering alone. It's only the lost, forgotten child who can see the cracks and heal the hurt.
