So, a few days ago I had stumbled across some research about Avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID)

...and it really just hitting me and I feel like crying because this is so fucking similar to my life's experience with food and it is an actual thing. A real thing. And it is just not me being childish and picky. It is a legitimate thing that others experience......my brain cannot really comprehend that.

When your stitches pop because your uncle who physically abuses you was on the same side as a random girl who assaulted you so he throws you at the wall, and almost choked you to death. Ahaha

But seriously.. my uncle hates me for the following reasons

My gender identity

My hair

My religion (not Christian)

My sexuality

My psychosis.

My anxiety

My stims

My depression

The ptsd he gave me

The music I listen to

My political stance.

And more

He finds all this a good reason to bring me close to death every time he sees me. Now that I'm 18 and I have medical proof and footage I'm taking him to court. I'm making him pay for all my medical bills, including therapy. I'm filing a restraining order, and I'm reporting child abuse. There is nothing he can use or say against me. I have camera footage, my doctor there to prove it that he broke the stitches. And three witnesses. My therapist will also be there. My grandma is helping me with the money for a lawyer and my ex-step mother is teaching me what I should say. Wish me best of luck because he has been treating me like this for 10 years. He's poor white trash and never cleans. He is unmarried, and unemployed. He has no money for defense and he will resort to violence. He will try to kill me. When he does try I will take him to court for attempted murder and I will pull a knife for self defense. If it comes down to it, I will kill him. Thank you so much.
