She's quite firm but kind with him when helping him or correcting his behaviour or fixing a bad habit!
She teaches Sonar to eat insects away from the public's eye and to brush his teeth thoroughly especially if he had eaten any insects!
She will tell Flambae off if he's too rude even he has a right to be angry! She did tell him how dangerous it was for him to start fires even though he had put the fires out almost immediately because an innocent bystander could have been burned even if the person survives but with trauma now!
She helps Waterboy to be more comfortable & confident by having him tell her even little details about himself as she listens & tells him about herself!
She makes Robert change bad habits like eating only Twinkies for lunch! Or not to sleep at a reasonable time!

Like for example when Sonar is pissed off about people making shitty comments about his eating habits, you go eat with him alone, taking your time to talk with him not making a single face. Your brush your teeth with him after and you can’t help how warm your cheeks get when he makes you laugh… lunch has never been better. You enjoy every moment, every joke, every laugh. You can tell it makes him feel less like some weirdo. He enjoys it. Maybe you should hang out with him more often… I mean? He did invite you on a date Saturday!
Or like when you and Flambae argue about his behavior in the work place. The argument only settles down when he agrees not to burn everything he sees just because he was pissed off. But… atleast he realizes how much calmer it’s been since you calmed him down. He just acts like nothings changed, it’s kinda cute… when he’s with you people tend to look, you ignore it, cause he’s happy and not causing more problems for HR to try and fix (if they ever do…) it’s peaceful with you around he laughs he teases of course he’s still an asshole but, You’re there so that’s all that matters.
since when you off duty you spend time with a sweet guy. He calls himself waterboy but, the more comfortable the two of you became you found out his name is Herman, or herm. He enjoys talking with you he tells you about all sorts of stuff, from super hero’s to his own personal life. You can’t help be be intrigued by the absolute adorable man. You did notice he doesn’t stutter much anymore?… and one day you find yourself teaching him to have confidence with himself, and when you notice the loving look in his eyes but of course pretend not to, however it does give you butterflies thinking about it…
There’s this one guy though, their dispatcher. He’s cute you won’t deny it but the man needs major help. You can’t help but notice!!! So instead of pointing it out you make it your mission to fix this poor man!!! Robert, who told you his name when you sat with him in the break room as he ate his 2nd Twinkie of the day…, (you ignore that.) is very kind, sociable but also very…? Stern? No… depressing. You have no clue how this man has gotten this far but after a while of knowing each other you start “accidentally” making too much food for lunch, and boy does it make your heart flutter when he downs the shit like it’s his last meal. The two of you spend more and more time together, in your free time you invite him over hang out, share stories, and after a while you friends enough to threaten him with no lunch if he doesn’t get sleep. And he definitely sleeps. Like a damn bear in winter. You go to bars together, you teach him to cook, and you get closer and closer as time goes on. god you can’t wait to go out with him again…
