Invisigal sneakily takes Roberts phone during her break and is quite surprised to see a dating app installed. She opens the app, snooping through his empty profile, and decides to take matters into her own hands.
The entirety of her break was spent setting up Roberts dating profile and flirting with strangers.
When Robert enters the break room for his daily twinkie, he sees her grinning mischievously with device in hand, entirely too focused on whatever she was doing.
“You’re in a good mood.” He noted.
It takes him until after he retrieves the sweet treat and pats his pockets to realize that…
One: His phone is missing.
And
Two: Courtney’s holding it. Right in front of him.
She looks up from the phone and finally acknowledges Robert with a laugh.
Then she talks his ear off about how she’s wayyyy better at talking to girls than he is.
The teasing doesn’t stop. It ends up being the z-teams go-to when picking on their dispatcher.
“Take someone on a date, god. It’s sad knowing you go home to that empty ass apartment.”
For some reason that one stuck with him. He realized: ‘yeah, that is pretty sad huh?’
Once shift ends, Robert hovers over the app. He’s avoided it entirely, not wanting to see the conversations Visi had on HIS account…until now.
He cringes at the profile she set up for him.
The bio was pretty normal but of course, the normalcy ended when Visi wrote how big of a Mecha Man fan Robert apparently is.
“Can’t have any enemies.” She’d tell him.
Robert fixes his profile and skims through his matches.
Part 1 | Part 2 | Part 3 | Part 4 | Part 5 | Part 6 | Final
After Robert rejects the idea of going public with your relationship, you decide not to push it. But when Mandy strolls in at lunch asking if you’re single and tries to set you up with another guy, Robert’s jealousy hits new levels.
Content warnings: Establish relationship, jealousy, reader is being petty ngl. Robert is saying some silly things..
Shout out Sonar. I have a pretty long chapter drafted out for chapter 3.
“…We need to talk.”
“Yeah,” You said as if it was obvious. “We do.”
“Why would you say you were single?” Robert demanded to you like you had just broken one of the Seven Deadly Sins.
“Because what else was I supposed to say, Robert?”
“I don’t know? Say you’re not dating? Unavailable? Busy?”
You rose a brow to him. “And then everyone wonders why I’m not dating anyone.”
“Who cares? It’s none of their business.” He shot back to you.
You blinked slowly
Oh, poor idiot man. He practically loaded the gun and handed it to you himself. “Exactly. My dating life is none of their business. So why can’t we be public with our relationship?”
Robert froze than exhaled. “…Yeah,” he muttered, “kinda walked into that one.”
You folded your arms. “Little bit.” You replied sarcastically.
He ran a hand through his hair in frustration. “I’m not trying to hide you. I just don’t want HR breathing down our necks when we’re still figuring this out.”
“And in the meantime,” you said, “I look single. So no, I’m not shocked Mandy tried to set me up.”
“Oh my god,” Robert groaned. “I expect you not to give your number to Mandy’s random dog-shelter friend! I expect you to maybe- I don’t know- not act like we’re nothing!”
“Robert… we are nothing. Officially. Publicly. By your rules.” You reminded him.
Robert's breath hitched, panic flashing behind his eyes. “That’s not- you know that’s not how I see us.”
“Maybe,” you murmured. “But it’s how it looks.”
Robert’s voice began to crack slightly on the edges as he tried to win this fight. “You think it doesn’t kill me? Hearing Mandy ask if you’re single? Seeing you say yes? Watching her show you some… Levi?”
You raised a brow. “Charming, adorable, paramedic Levi, yes.”
Robert made a noise towards you. “Stop calling him charming!”
“You’re the one hiding me, Robert,” you finally sighed. “You don’t get to be jealous over a situation you created.” You remarked to him.
“Okay that’s...” He threw his hands up in frustration. “That’s not fair.”
“It’s entirely fair.”
“I’m trying to protect us.”
“And I’m trying to have us,” you said. “There’s a difference.”
He stared at you like the air had been knocked out of him.
“(Name)… please don’t do that. Don’t talk like-”
- The break room door swung open again, causing Robert to stop his ranting in his tracks.
Sonar stepped inside holding his small plastic container that more than likely had some sort of rodent in it. He froze when he saw the two of you.
“…Uh,” he said slowly, eyes bouncing between the two of you. “Am I… interrupting?”
“No.” You and Robert said in unison as Robert went back to eating his lunch.
Sonar nodded once, went to grab a fork before he looked towards your takeout box that was in front of you.
“You gonna finish that?”
You exhaled a slight laugh. “You know what? No. I’m not hungry anymore.” You pushed the box toward him, stood up, and grabbed your jacket.
Robert’s shot to his feet right away. “Wait- (Name)-”
Sonar paused mid-chew. “Uh… couples’ quarrel?”
Robert shot him a nasty look. “Obviously not. We’re not dating.”
The second that those words escaped Robert's lips, he knew that he had messed up. He saw the look on your face; the hurt. The feelings that you had tried to bury.
You didn’t turn around this time. You just walked out.
But behind you, Robert was already scrambling after you. “(Name), wait- please-”
The door slammed closed behind him, leaving Sonar standing over the abandoned lunch before just happily taking a bite. “…Damn. Drama AND free lunch.”
Can I request Robert Robertson being happy whenever someone or even he addresses his fem s/o as his wife or call her "Mrs Robertson" your 3rd anniversary event please?
He explained when she asked why the good mood because he never thought he could ever marry someone he loves but he's thrilled to be proven wrong by you!

3rd anniversary celebration
“I don’t get it…” you mumble, hands occupied with the dirty take out box and an empty coffee cup as you look at Sonar with that pinched look that Robert thinks is so adorable. “I mean, why would a giraffe walk into a bar?”
Robert knows you’re teasing the poor guy after he told you a joke that he was for sure would be a hit with you being someone who can talk to animals.
“Giraffes don’t even like the smell of alcohol.” You continue, and Robert stifles a laugh as he takes the leftovers from your hands to take it out to the trash can, exactly what you were just about to do before Sonar walked in with a pep in his step.
Sonar scrunches his nose, eyes blinking at you, as if perturbed at your reaction to his brilliant joke. “What? It’s— it’s just a joke, y’know funny haha?”
Robert snorts, hands brushing along yours, taking the boxes and the coffee cup, revealing the ring around your finger that sends his heart aflutter.
Your wedding ring glimmers under the fluorescent lights of the break room, the golden band that’s identical to his. Robert’s mind still hasn’t gotten over the whirlwind wedding you two had, one day, on a random Saturday morning, he suddenly just had the urge to marry you. He woke up to you drenched in sunlight, sleeping soundly, lashes fluttering, mouth slightly agape as your foot twitches underneath the covers. He doesn’t know what made him want to elope with you suddenly, whether it’s your fingers weakly grasping at his bicep whilst you were still asleep, or the way you uttered his name so sweetly while dreaming of him. Whatever it was, Robert wanted to marry you right then and there.
He woke you up with kisses on your skin, and the way you groaned and waved him away despite clinging closer to him with your face pressed to his bare chest. He said the simple words, “hey, you wanna get married today?” And it woke you up better than a freshly baked croissant would.
You didn’t ask “what?” or “right now?” Instead, you smiled in that saccharine way, the same smile after he kisses you, the same hazy smile after he showed you how much he loved you. And your hands slid above his heart, the pads of your fingertips drumming softly against his flushed skin as you answered with an undoubted, “yes.”
A week and a half after the courthouse wedding with you in a white dress you had stored in your closet for years but never really found the occasion to wear it at, and with him in his best white button up that he probably only wore once, you two swore your love before a judge. Chase and Mal were the only witnesses, Chase because he’d throw a fit if he wasn’t invited, and he’s an important person in Robert’s life and yours. Malevola because she was the first to answer your very hasty text that said, ‘courthouse at 3pm, wear something nice.’ She did wear something nice, but she thought you were suing someone and that you chose her as your lawyer, she had a briefcase and everything.
The others came in late, and you two were already sealing the deal with a kiss. It wasn’t a grand wedding with thousands of flowers, or a buffet provided by a catering company. But it was magnificent, it was a proof of your love, it’s something you and Robert could call yours. Instead of hundred dollar bouquets and a wedding that would cost an arm and a leg, you two signed the papers in front of the people you care about and right after had a reception at a nearby burger place before coming home with Robert as he carried you inside bridal style like in the movies. The pictures from the whole event turned out nice and Robert is still in the process of placing each picture inside a photo album to surprise you with once he finishes it.
“Robertson?” His thoughts are popped by an intern with a clipboard in hand as she peeks over the doorway, looking anxious and fidgety.
“Yeah?” You and Robert simultaneously turn at the same time.
Robert is elated, like drifting on a cloud as a lopsided smile tugs at the corner of his lips.
Chortling, you pat Sonar on his arm before sidling next to your husband. A title you’re happy and proud to call him as. “Which Robertson? Mister or missus?” Grasping Robert’s arm, you hug him, cheek pressed against his bicep as you grin at the intern before staring at Robert with that same soft smile you only show him.
“Either way it sounds like you two are in trouble.” Sonar teases behind you, plopping himself on your chair and eating the rest of the fries.
“No trouble at all.” She answers with a wobbly smile.
“You’re from HR right?” You ask kindly, trying to ease the poor intern.
“Yea–yes, they asked me to fetch you to sign some papers?”
The conversation goes in the back of Robert’s mind as he gazes at you through his fogged up mind that’s filled with you— your scent, your voice, and how your hands grip sweetly at his arm whilst the ring around your finger twinkles under the light. He really wants to come home with you, and it’s only one pm.
“Robbie?” Looking up at him, you tug at his hand gently, bringing him out of his stupor. “You okay, baby?”
“Y–yeah,” clearing his throat, Robert lets you lead him outside. “Wait, where are we going?”
Giggling, you intertwine your fingers with his as you follow the intern. “You weren’t paying attention, hm?” Brow raised, you nudge him teasingly. “HR said we need to sign some papers since we got married and that I need to sign something too because I legally changed my name.”
“You changed your name?” It seems that he’s still in the haze of the honeymoon you two spent two weeks in bed with the shutters closed and the phones turned off.
You squeeze his hand, laughing lightheartedly as the sound bounces off the corridor. “Yeah, my last name.” You stop abruptly, taking him by his arms. “Shit, did the potion wear off.” Feigning a gasp, you cup his face. “Oh no, the real Robert is waking up from my love potion.”
Robert chuckles, a grin spreading on his handsome face as he holds onto your hands that’s cradling his cheeks. “I don’t think I ever needed it, sweetheart.”
“Fuck yeah, my plan worked.” You answer with a grin, saying it softly as you lean up for a kiss right in the middle of the hallway.
“Oh, I’m a willing participant, Mrs. Robertson.” Uttering above your lips, you two hear a nervous cough from across the other side of the hallway as the intern stands there idly.
“Sorry.” Wincing, a tad embarrassed, you pull away and tug Robert away. “Please don’t tell your bosses about that.”
“I’ve seen worse HR violations in this place.” She mutters under her breath, opening the doors for you and Robert.
—
“So, where’s the wife?” Flambae asks above the clicking glasses and ear drum bursting singing from the karaoke.
“Headache.” Robert hides his giddiness behind the rim of his glass filled with Amber liquid.
Wife, he’ll never get tired of that.
“You’re already giving her a headache after just a month of marriage?” Invisigal adds, snorting over her beer. “I call dibs on her after the divorce.”
“There will be no divorce.” Robert’s brows furrow, shaking his head as he frowns. Just the thought of it squeezes at his heart.
“You know what they say, Robert,” Chase slurs, drink sloshing in his wobbly grip. “Happy wife, happy life. Marriage is easyyy.”
“How would you know?” Mal scoffs, taking a bite of her slider. “You’ve never been married.”
“Who said I was never married?” Chase narrows his reddened eyes at her, whilst the whole table silences from shock. “What? Surprised that someone actually managed to tie me down? It was a night out in Vegas back in—”
“Hello, room for one more?” You appear from behind Chase, materializing in front of Robert as colour suddenly appears to be brighter in his vision.
“Hey, Mrs. Robertson!” The whole table greets you, raising their glasses at you as you smile.
“Thought you couldn’t make it.” Robert’s smile is brighter than the stage lights as his hand extends for you to take. His eyes never leave your own, watching you go around the corner of the table over to him with that same sweetened smile.
“I toughed it up, I couldn’t miss this.”
“Alright, since you’re late,” Sonar raises his empty beer mug at you. “you’re buying the next round, Mrs. Robertson!”
Sighing, you shake your head with a subtle smile. “You guys look like you’ve had enough though.”
There’s a chorus of, “Nos” and shaking of heads. But Robert's attention is only on you as the yellow light of the bar shines just behind your head, blanketing you in a halo of light whilst you smile and banter with the Z-team.
—
“I never thought Chase could out drink me.” You groan, plopping onto the sofa with half lidded eyes and smelling like a bar. “That old man.” Muttering, you lift up your arms for Robert as he stands beside the sofa. “C’mere, Robbie, hug the alcohol out of me.”
“That’s not how it works, honey.” Nose scrunching, he chuckles, picking up your foot and taking off your heels for you gently.
You watch his hands, every movement of his lean and nimble fingers sends you in a tizzy. “Y’know I’m not too drunk.” You insinuate with a wiggle of your brows.
“You went into a stranger’s car when you thought it was mine. The other car was an entirely different make and color.” He replies with his eyes full of endearment, while he takes off the other heel, as gentle as the last one. “And you kissed Beef, you left kiss marks all over his fur.”
Sure enough, Beef walks in, smiling and wiggling his tail happily at you whilst his fur is covered in numerous kiss marks.
“Yeah, but I always do that. He said that he loves us so much and that we should stay home forever with him.” Pouting, your legs wrap around Robert’s waist, hooking around and pulling him in with the heels of your feet until he’s properly standing in between your legs that he has to put his arms on the side of your head so as to not fall atop you. He’s so warm, and he smells like your coconut shampoo as his russet hair dangles above you. “Baby, my baby boy, you need a haircut.” Fingers raking through his tresses, you utter your words in a sing-song tune whilst gazing at him lovingly.
“You gonna cut it for me?” You could see your tipsy self in his eyes that softens for you.
“Unless you want to be bald.” You poke his cheek, earning a gruff scoff from him. “I don’t think you’ll ever forgive me for that because you don’t have the head shape for it.”
“You never know, I could rock it.”
“Yeah, but I love your hair far too much. Where would I hold onto if I shave it all off?” Pouting, your warm hands finds his sides, sliding underneath his shirt as you run your palms all over his lean stomach. “Off, please.”
“Would you forgive me if I said no?” Robert tilts his head, pecking your forehead sweetly.
“Oh, you’re a killjoy.” Huffing, you decide to rest your hands on his sides instead, just feeling his warmth through his shirt. “But you've been awfully happy recently. Like…” you try to find your words through the fog of alcohol. “Like really in a good mood. Very very happy.”
“Am I not always in a good mood?”
“Sometimes you sulk. I’ve seen you wallow at your desk.” You squeeze his sides lovingly. “Now that I think about it, that’s what caught my eye.”
“I charmed you with my sulking, hm?” Humming, Robert perches between your legs, knees digging into the plush seat, resting there when the small of his back started to ache.
“Yeah,” you giggle, chasing his lips as he teases by leaning away from you, earning a deep pout from you. “C’mon, just a kiss, Robbie.”
“You wanna know why I’m in a good mood?” His head tilts, eyes gazing at your lips briefly before flicking to your eyes again.
“Yeah, because whatever it is I want to recreate it so you’re always all smiley and happy. I love it when you smile, Robert. You’ve got a pretty smile.”
“There’s one thing you can do to make me smile more.”
“Tell me.” You tug him by his belt loop, until he’s sitting on your lap, legs spread on your sides as he cups the back of your head, gazing into your eyes. “I’ll do anything for you.”
“You can always marry me again.”
The widest grin spreads across your face. “Done.”
Robert feels his heart skip a beat at your immediate response. His knuckles drags slowly over your cheek, gentle and loving as he hears you hum in content, feeling the rumble in your chest. “You’re the reason why, y’know? Why I’m in a good mood.”
“I figured.” You feel him shift his weight, and you already know what he’s planning before he does it. You don’t stop him though.
“I’ve never…really thought I’d love someone as much as you,” Robert says wholeheartedly, confessing, showing you his heart that beats for you. “more so get married.”
“On a whim, might I add.”
He chuckles. “Yeah, my name suits you well.” Robert makes his move, one second he’s in your lap, the next he has your back on the couch cushions as you look up at him whilst he looms over you with a lopsided smile. “There, better.”
“Much better. And good, because I’m never changing it. It’s mine now. I’m Mrs. Robertson forever and ever!” Your nose nudges at his temple as you feel him smile above your clavicle. Your fingers rake through his hair, while you’re both utterly blissed out.
“I don’t want you to give it back anyway.” Pecking your jaw, he rests his head right there over your heart, inhaling you in and letting your warmth ebb through him. “Just waking up right next to you every morning makes me happy, sweetheart, you don’t really need to do much.”
“But I’ll keep doing stuff that makes you happy though. Forever and ever and ever.” Giggling, giddy from the sweet moment, your legs wrap around his hips, locking him in place. Robert doesn’t seem to want to get out of it anytime soon. “I love you, Mr. Robertson.”
Audio Log –
"My daughter– I can't find my daughter! She was here, she was right here– Please, please help me–!"
Robert wasn't sure what was worse, the fact that he picked up an SDN call from you, his ex that he hasn't spoken to in years, or that you had a daughter who was missing – needless to say, his on-the-go training didn't prepare him for this exact situation.
But that didn't mean he'd forgotten to do his job entirely, he dispatches Invisigal to your location while he taps into the nearest CCTV, and it's not long before he sees you incoherently sobbing as you try to describe your daughter.
"She– she turned five years old a few days ago– And she's wearing a white tee and– and denim overalls–!"
"It's okay, uh, I'm sure that there's no kidnappers nearby or anything–"
He winces at Invisigal's failed words of reassurance before tapping into other CCTV cameras at record speed, trying to find a little girl that matched your description – thankfully, he finds her in a matter of minutes.
"She's two streets away – up north, looking at a toy shop," he relays the directions to Invisigal, and when she repeats those words back to you, he sees you practically become Track Star himself to get to your daughter.
It's a rather touching moment when the two of you are reunited, even when Invisigal ends up being the last one to arrive as you embrace your daughter – but then Invisigal takes one look at your daughter and steps away to whisper through the comms.
"Robert," She pauses to take a short breath with her inhaler, "Do you do sperm donations by any chance?"
"What? No, why would I–?"
He goes still when he sees you walking to Invisigal with your daughter hand in hand – the CCTV camera spared no detail when it came to your daughter's hair and complexion, which were the same as yours, but they also showed other parts of her face – specifically her russet brown eyes and freckles.
Robert x Waterboy x reader but it’s actually you and Waterboy who were together first and are an entire established couple and the whole “Robert thing” just sort of happens lol. Like Herm still has all those moments with Robert in the game except you’re also there and have your own moments with him separately but in the grand scheme of it you and Herm just end up accidentally absorbing Rob into your relationship somehow.
Just straight up “Yeah, Herm and Robert kiss sometimes but it’s all cool because I also kiss Robert sometimes too.”

Part 2.1 here! Part 2.2 here!
It's pathetic, really, the way he's behaving. The famous Mecha Man, a symbol of hope and peace, a legacy of glory carried along by him. He wears the titles with pride, even if they're the less important thing about his work. Still, to say that he is anything but strong and capable would be false.
So why is it then, that Robert is kneeling on your mattress, hands bound at the wrists behind his back using the legs of his sweatpants - which you had so conveniently pulled off of him not too long ago - and panting like a dog in heat?
He would be humiliated if he were in his usual state of mind. But he's not, because right now, you're sitting on the other side of the bed, laying all cozy amongst the pillows by the headboard, with your legs spread for him to see. As if that isn't enough to make the poor man lose his mind, you're also using your favorite dildo, the one that curves just right, has just the perfect length to hit your favorite spot with ease.
And you look so pretty too. So absolutely wonderful and delicious, the way your head tilts back into the soft pillow, your lips parting to let out those stupidly hot little moans and gasps.
In that moment Robert realizes that, truly, he is no better than a dog. But then again, who wouldn't be drooling and hard as hell when faced with the sight of their lover in the heights of pleasure? Who can blame him when you look so fucking perfect?
No one can. And if anyone ever dares to disagree, well, Robert has two fists and a strong jaw to right that wrong.
Not that his mind is anywhere close to being clear enough to think about that right now.
He licks his lips and swallows hard, mouth opening right after to suck in another breath. He's panting, hips bucking up into nothing, gentle and barely there, moving in the rhythm you set with your hand. His boxers, so, so tight against the strain of his arousal, don't give him nearly enough friction to satisfy. He doesn't even realize he's moving, imagining it's him making you feel good, him being the one who gets to fill you again and again. His body is merely acting on instinct while his eyes strain to stay on the beautiful mess between your legs.
'This is a punishment.' You had said earlier while letting your underwear drop to the ground in front of him.
'You've been overworking yourself. Again.' Is where he stopped listening to your scolding, because you were crawling onto the bed while only wearing his shirt and you know what that does to him.
And despite wanting to do nothing but crawl over you and caress every bit of skin his greedy hands can reach, he did not complain when you used your foot to push him back, to kneel in front of you. That's where he belongs anyway. Not to mention that quiet authority was, to put it plainly, insanely hot.
Robert got quite excited when you moved to help him tug off his shirt and sweatpants, already half-hard by the time they were off completely. He expected you to throw them across the room, to tug him close and smash your lips together into something heated, all tongues and teeth, before, hopefully, straddling him and doing with him as you please.
You did none of that, though.
Before he knew it, his hands were tied and his big, brown deer eyes were searching your face in question. He found no answers, no hint to your plans.
And yes, the bind was weak, at least to him. He could undo them if he really wanted to. This isn't the first time he got tied up, after all, but it is the first time he trusts the person who bound his wrists together. So he stayed.
It started sinking in just how badly he fucked up this time when you took out that toy of yours. He's intimately familiar with it by now, having used it on you, and you also having used it on him before. He was close to pleading by that point, to sweet talk you into at least letting him be the one to make you feel good. The look in your eyes made him stop before the words could make it past his lips. Alright, so no begging. Got it.
So there he is now, watching, growing more and more desperate by the minute. The slick sounds, the smell of sex, the sight of you blissed out, it all taunts him, teases him, and Robert isn't sure if he would consider this heaven or hell. It's probably both, his most painful delight and his sweetest torture. The worst thing about it is that you haven't looked at him once since you started, having closed your eyes like Robert isn't ready to cream his underwear the moment you tell him to.
"Please…"
His tongue feels thick in his mouth and he swallows, though it feels like cotton, impossible to get past. It's almost like he's drunk, but this is better than any cheap whiskey or bitter beer he indulges in on rare occasion. It is so much better because it's you, the one who made his miserable life into something worth the fight.
"Please."
You crack an eye open. He has leaned forward so much that you're worried he might lose his balance. The thought of him faceplanting onto the bed from sheer desperation does make you smile, which in turn just makes Robert even harder because he loves your smile, especially when tinted with pleasure. And maybe a part of him gets off to how amused you look too.
Another one of your angelic sighs reaches his ears, clearly a little exaggerated, but no less attractive. Finally, his eyes flit up to yours, hoping to use your weakness towards his big, expressive eyes as bait. Much to his dismay, you already know his tricks, so instead of giving in, your free hand sneaks down to give yourself even more pleasure.
The moment the tips of your fingers brush a sensitive spot, you moan and that, in turn, makes Robert groan.
"You're being mean."
It's a half-hearted complaint, simply because his mind is already back to being focused on the movement of your hands. The only reason Robert hasn't given up hope completely yet is that you did not take out your vibrating wand. He knows how much you love using it in combination with that dildo. Maybe he still has a chance to get his mouth on you after all.
His hips move a little faster, dragging out his thrusts a little longer. He could almost feel you from memory alone if he tried hard enough, even if that could never truly compare to the real thing.
Worse than the fact that he's not allowed to touch you is the fact that you're refusing to pay any attention to him. You're not looking, not reacting to his words or movements at all, like they have no effect on you. He knows that isn't the case, but it feels like it and it's just making him want you more. You're so sexy when you're confident, and his deep-seated need for you is the best ego boost one could ask for. You look so completely and entirely comfortable while teasing him like this, and its driving him absolutely insane.
Again he swallows, again its cotton, and when he opens his mouth, a bit of drool actually slips out from the edge of his lips. With no hands to wipe it away, he swipes his tongue at it, though it's not enough to hide the evidence of it happening. That's how bad you've got him wrapped around your finger, he is actually turned on beyond belief and literally drooling for you.
Robert has no idea how long you're practically edging him like this. His sense of time completely disappears into a haze, mind empty aside from pure need. He's panting hard - not that his brain even realizes, too focused on the slick sounds that have somehow gotten even louder - and it takes him a moment to realize that your hands have slowed down. His pace adjusts as well, eyes back up to yours, which are now open and trained on him.
"You look pathetic, baby." You say it so affectionately, voice rough from use and breathy from effort. "Like a dog."
The words themselves barely register, it's the tone that gets through to him, fond and mocking, full of desire. He nods dumbly, because whatever you say, he believes. It seems to have been the right thing to do, since it made you chuckle and Robert likes that sound.
"Mhm… do you understand now why I had to punish you?"
He nods again, but really, he's not listening. His eyes keep flitting between you and the dildo that's just lightly thrusting in and out of you, attention torn.
"No, you don't." Naturally, you see through him. "You're not even listening. All the blood rushed down to your dick, huh? Can't even understand me anymore."
And yeah, those were too many words at once, so you don't bother giving Robert the time to let them sink in.
"But that's okay. You've been good. I knew you could listen well."
He's good, Robert is good, you said it yourself and it makes him crumple a bit, shoulders sagging as another weak thrust into nothing follows.
Robert closes his eyes tightly, brows knitting together, bound hands straining, teeth clenching as his hips speed up. He's good, so good, he's behaving well for you and you praised him for it-
"Stop that."
With a gasp, his body locks up for a few moments before slumping, hips now still. He's panting hard, a bit of sweat clinging to his skin. He was so fucking close, and now the fabric of his boxers is starting to overstimulate him, he's so sensitive.
But none of that matters when he hears you call his name so sweetly.
"Robert." His eyes open, though half-lidded with exhaustion. "Good job-" He groans softly and bites his lips. "-you actually stopped." Another pretty smile graces your lips. "And I have to reward you for that."
Your legs angle outward to make space for him, and the dildo slips out of you with a sound that will surely haunt his filthy dreams for weeks to come. The toy is put aside carelessly, before your hand pats your own thigh twice.
"Come here." You say, voice like a siren's song too beautiful to resist. "Take your reward."
Never have you EVER been in an apartment as gloomy as Robert’s.
You didn’t even expect to be here today but, you were locked out of your own apartment and Robert’s your only friend right now.
A friendship that fell apart in your teenage years was now slowly being repaired with morning cafe visits. Robert was seventeen when he went AWOL. Now he was back in your life with very little explanation but who are you to pry?
When you knocked on his door he didn’t answer right away. Actually, you heard him shushing beef on the other side and decided to knock louder.
His door peeks open and he peels his way out, making sure you can’t see whatever was happening inside.
You raise a curious eyebrow at him before dismissing the weird behavior, asking if you could stay a few hours until the property office opens so they could replace your key.
Robert holds up a finger and sneaks back inside, he returns not even ten seconds later, holding the door open for you.
His apartment was cold. Cold and empty. Like, actually empty. The one thing standing out was a sheet draped over something in the corner, along with a plastic chair and a small dog bed for Beef.
You hesitate, walking further into his apartment. “Robert…do you.. Need money?”
Maybe that was offensive, but you were genuinely concerned. You wondered how he had been living here with absolutely nothing to make this place feel like home. Except for beef, of course.
“No- no. I haven’t really gotten around to..” he scratches the back of his neck, not knowing what he was aiming for. He gives up and his arms fall to his side.
“Is this why you haven’t invited me over? I mean- it’s a little sad but I don’t mind. I could help you find some stuff. Facebook marketplace is good.”
You turn to face him.
He stands there uncomfortably, eyes darting away from the elephant in the room.
Your expression falls.
“Listen, I’m trying to ignore it but you’re not helping. At all.”
“Right.” He swallowed. “Sorry.”
Your steps creep into the living area, examining the only ‘furniture’ he had.
“This is the problem right?”
He watches you gesture to the sheet, then nods. “Yeah, that’s definitely a problem.”
Silence.
The look you give Robert tells him that you KNOW something's up. He’s always been careful with his words when telling you about his job. You watched him cut out pieces and stick parts together that didn’t even make sense, but you never questioned it. Not when you were so eager to have him back in your life.
Robert stares at you, mouth slightly open. A million thoughts running through his head because:
How on Earth was he suppose to tell you that he’s Mecha Man and that there’s a giant robot suit in his apartment?
