Text: Today we are dissecting a selkie skin, undoing pockets of magic in which short femurs and sharp canines are tucked away. The supervising doctor assures me it was donated upon death.
Did a dissection on a cow eye earlier this week. Was pretty baller. Also got to examine and handle some other organs, like the heart, liver, lungs, windpipe and voicebox. Was super cool even if some of my buddies didn’t appreciate the finer points of dissection.
Inspired to tap about this thanks to @dimitristratkovich
I just think they're neat
All of these were drawn using pictures of dissections I did myself for my lab logbook :D
