Some more dissociation resources y'all may want to look into:
united front boot camp steps at kinhost dot org
pluralityresource dot org, especially the united front system safety plan course
pluralevents conference session archives, and the plural positivity world conference
i appreciate it, but the fact of the matter is that i’m kind of unable to take submissions right now. when i have more time and more energy, maybe, but as of right now, any submissions given to me for it are likely going to be forgotten, and having the expectation to include them is a major stressor.
i will try my best to look through these (as you are currently the only person giving me submissions) but the process of vetting these resources, deciding what things to include, and then putting them on the handbook takes a lot of time and energy that i simply don’t have. it’s why this project has taken me a year to do a relatively small amount of work.
please understand: i’m not doing this with a team, and the help i receive from my friends is pretty minimal. this very much is a passion project of someone who just doesn’t have all that much time, energy, or mental space. i’m also not particularly INTERESTED in doing it with a team — i’m okay with my workflow being slow, and with this being a project i chip away at over the course of actual literal years.
if you choose to submit things (i can’t really stop you) you have to understand that there’s a very good chance they’re not going to get added (because i’m going to ignore the submission or because i’m going to forget about it), or if they are, that it will take a really long time (because i’m not ignoring the submission, and i just work very slowly).
TLDR: people submitting things stresses me out, i’m only one person (ha), submissions are likely to be forgotten due to the major dissociative disorder that caused me to make this handbook in the first place.
