Saigon-The Greatest Story Never Told Ch. 2 Bread and Circuses-8.0/10.  I am a fan of Saigon from way back.  I was anticipated a fully Just Blaze produced album here, but it is not the case. Just has only a few tracks on here.  Saigon raps correctly, but the beats don't vibe as they did on his previous album.  Styles P and Sticman give some great guest raps.  Saigon never got his due, but thats the paradigm shift in hip hop nowadays.  Gone is the admiration of sick raps/flow/cadence.  The new guys gotta hook and a production credit that people unfortunately vibe to nowadays.  But if these youngins went up against a Saigon they would get buried.  But thats not totally their fault, thats just how the landscape has changed ...and its sad. This track I cited is prod. by Just Blaze.
