Well, I'm not the best person for this because my interests are quite narrow, but I'll try. I've yet to find punk (as far as I remember) with both, but if you like pipes in your punk try the Dropkick Murphys - I recommend Workers Song or Deeds Not Words.

For horns... dear god I can't pick a favorite. Mighty Bosstones is a good introduction for sure but I've spent 20 minutes dithering over which songs to share so I'm just gonna say get on youtube and have at it. I'm sure plenty of people will have better suggestions.
