I wanted an invisible fire sprinkler for my own devices and to get rid of the outdoor shadow on the break dancer mat then ended up with this small set of cep extras of questionable usefulness.
The ceiling sprinkler is now recolorable
The break dancer mat has 2 recolorable subsets: the boombox and the mat. The mat also has the outdoor shadows disabled as having the edit by itself would conflict with a cep extra. The shiny trim on the boombox is not recolorable since I couldn't get tsDesignModeSlaveSubsets to cooperate.
The radio on Scorchin' Matt's Mat is repo'd to the BG compact stereo.
The garden lamp is repo'd to the BG dangling daylight lamp. Though there are mods that kind of make this useless. The program files part of this just enables the brassy recolor for the BG lamp instead and is optional or can be used by itself.
Invisible recolors for the sprinkler and mat subset of the break dancing mat are included. All files are compressed with included preview.
DeeDee’s Magic Gnome Crafting Station - Medieval Edition
Hello folks and welcome to the final countdown (duh, duh, duh, duh) to 2020! In 24 hours give or take the third decade of the 21st Century will begin (and I’ll be released from the Advent Calendar!), so buckle up, because what’s coming up is going to be one of the biggest sets I’ve ever done.
But, before we reach the last day of the decade, there’s still one set to be released: DeeDee’s Magic Gnome Crafting Station - Medieval Edition, well semi-medieval, less-modern I suppose. I replaced the modern paint bucket with some parts from Lady Lama’s beautiful Carcassonne Studio set, gave the hammer a nice wooden texture and put a bit of wood grain on most of the gnomes (with 2 exceptions: the inventor’s gnome and the sculpture gnome).
So, the way it works: your sim can craft gnomes, they cost 50 simoleans to make and the available gnomes are determined by your sim’s mechanical skill, they’re restocked from the inventory and once every while they will change positions. You can read more about it on DeeDee’s tumblr.
The crafting station itself is still slaved to 2 EAxis meshes: the Club dining table and the Value counter. You can find a rustic default for the counter here and matching pooklet recolors here. There’s also pooklet recs for the dining table here.
To make sure your hammer is nice and medieval, go to my Woodworking Bench DR, download it and pick up one of the hammer defaults @mortia made.
Speaking of defaults: as this is a DR for DeeDee’s more modern crafting station, the rule of defaults applies here: there may only be one! So if you have DeeDee’s original, please remove it.
Anyways, everything has been compressorized, previews are included.

Dr Pixel’s Skill Motor With Different Mesh and Some Edits
The skill motor by Dr Pixel is a great object but could use a better mesh. The other ones cloned from it I’ve seen uploaded are too medieval or too post apocalyptic for what I want. I separated the engine from the TS3 fixer upper car converted by @crispsandkerosene and dangerously balanced put it on top of cinderblocks from the BG bookcase with cinderblocks. The cinderblocks are repo’d to the bookcase ones, which aren’t recolorable (though they should be recolorable if there’s a cep-extra for this around). I gave it all the wall and ground shadows at a point but reduced it just to a groundshadow since I didn’t like how it looked with wallshadows. I made a few recolors partly eyedropped off Google images and partly from my own bullshit.
Other things I did: increased mechanical skill gain, increased fun gain very slightly, made autonomous, made visitor enabled, decreased footprint to 2 tiles, and added a FT version that gives tinkering enthusiasm (use only 1 version). This mesh was cloned and has new GUIDs due to this. It can be used with the original mesh.
Known issues: animations line up a bit oddly and I couldn’t figure out how to make the wrench spawn with the animations that usually use it

Rockmaggedon: (mostly MM) Recolors and More Slaved Meshes for Waterfall Matching Rock and Super Stone Set
Kind of a strange upload for someone who plays an overall modern to minimally futuristic game with ren faire escapee rainbow barf sims, but I have a rock obsession in TS2. I was originally just going to clean up and upload some recolors and I made for myself of marvine’s meshes 3 years ago and a few slaved meshes, but it blew up into a bigger project.

The rest of the download information is under the cut since this post is a bit long.
I slaved natural deco/the waterfall showers to the waterfall rock and more artificial deco/functional objects to the super stone sofa. I edited the mapping on some meshes, and repriced a few things. I put the natural-looking deco rocks in the garden categories but there shouldn’t be any sorting surprises for the rest of the meshes.
I made matching recolors for marvine’s rock stairs and terrain paints for the textures that didn’t have any. A few meshes have additional subsets most of which I also made recolors for. I also made recolors out of whatever original textures weren’t done already and looked passable as seamless textures. There are some rock textures I didn’t use for certain things since they were already done. I included some of them (mostly terrain paint) to reduce the cc hunting. The rest are in the original super stone download.
Slaved to marvine’s waterfall-matching rock:
BB pip padio pebbles
Beck’s smaller waterfall shower- plant subset still slaved to original
earlypleasantview’s Strangerville Desert Rocks
Macarossi’s Pond in July Rocks- except BG waterfall with sound, found the shower sounds too strange
Murano’s Stone arch- grass/foliage merged and made recolorable
marvine’s waterfall shower- not sure why this wasn’t slaved to or the master for the deco rocks originally
Nengi65’s deco rocks
Sadepaivas’ AMR ice and underwater rock conversions
Wiccandove’s Skyrim cliffs
Slaved to Super Stone Set sofa:
Frac’s mud spa, fire geyser, simple and tall telescope rocks, and 2-legged/true dragon pet cave cages
Hydromancerx’s counting stones
jon119′s rock roof and wall
Nengi65’s rock spa and campfire
Shakeshaft’s Civilizations Diving board- now has wood and rock subsets recolorable
TNW and ethanmcgregor’’s Outdoor Living Stuff rock radio- has recolorable speakers
Sims2collage’s Wasserfällchen (like the holey pots fountain)- has recolorable grass, made water bluer
Newish meshes, all super stone slaves:
Franky’s pet cave edited slightly and with a bottom
Fur rug
Rock Mirror
Slaved version of Stones of Stepping
Slaved version of the Epic Fount- has recolorable metal
Misc stuff:
Fixed a hole under the fur in speedy’s rock sofa and loveseat which was only an issue with an invisible fur recolor
Recloned speedy rock grill- it now can also grill ribs and the coals don’t flash blue, but now there’s the grill lid noise
ClstlDrmr83′s windswept desert terrain paint increased to 512x512 texture
Meshes I cloned have BG and EP versions even though I’m not sure how necessary that is
All the meshes, except for the ‘new’ meshes, have the original GUIDs. Since almost all files are renamed, delete any original versions you have first.
Most meshes should be BG compatible except: non-BG pond waterfalls (NL+GLS), telescopes (FT), radio (AL), waterfall showers (BV), Epic fount (MG), pet cave, Wasserfällchen (Seasons)
Most of these meshes work best with seamless textures
DOT 09 Chaik (maybe typo of chalk?) and Rock Detail Light are new 3T2 sort of conversions by me

Another repost from the Plumb Bob Keep. This is one that takes up a very prominent spot in my hood: the medievalized Woodworking Bench. Basically, this object is a fully functional crafting station that can produce all sorts of nifty things like tables, statues and even plumbing! All the credit for this amazing crafting station goes to @deedee-sims. Be sure to go there and check it out.
So what did I change? First, I replaced the textures on the woodworking bench. The bench now looks like it’s made out of actual wood, not clay. Second, I removed the ruler on the original banch and changed the pencil into a pair of charcoal sticks. I also changed the textures on the craftable objects. On top of that, I also added a full range of pooklet naturals recolors to the Woodworking Bench.
As a nice bonus, @mortia defaulted the hammer for use with this crafting station (thank you so much for that)!
