Light Labs Culture vs. Wily Castle Culture
(光) A human's word is law. Whatever a human explicitly orders you to do should be done, unless it brings harm to another human or conflicts with your survival. Your creator is the final authority if there is any room for interpretation.

(光) If Dr. Light is unavailable for any reason, Rock is next in the chain of command. If Rock is away, you answer to Roll. If Roll is away, then Auto. Auto's never away.
(狡) If Dr. Wily is unavailable for any reason, anyone looking to take charge dukes it out for position. The losers go on maid duty. No one's obligated to listen to you even if you do win, btw.
(光) Feel free to approach Dr. Light if there's something on your mind. Barring those times he's especially busy, he's always happy to lend his creations some insight. Trust in his compassion and saintly patience.
(狡) If you're not about to tell him you destroyed Mega Man or kidnapped the President, don't bother Dr. Wily unless you want his foot up your pipes. Solve your own damn problems.
(光) Dr. Light schedules routine diagnostic checks for everyone, in the same order, every time. Outside of urgent danger, no-one jumps the line on account of preferential treatment.

(光) Accept any gift you're given gracefully. Analyzing its value on a strictly utilitarian or monetary level is disrespectful.
