After seeing Gyro and Tornado on that comic book cover, do you think the two of them would be pals? I personally think they wouldn't be super close, but occasionally go out for a drink and a chat when they're both free (I hc that the Wily Numbers get rebuilt for normal jobs after being defeated).

see the thing is i don't know anything about tornado man. the developers don't seem to know anything about tornado man either aside from the fact that he works at a weather facility. so personality wise i'm unsure how they would mesh.

however, tornado DOES have propellers on his arms, which would automatically put him high on gyro man's list of robot masters. can't imagine gyro wouldn't appreciate a guy who can get rid of bad flying conditions as well.
