Kinda intrigued to explore the idea of “Star found herself through cosplay,” but with an alternate version of the scenario where instead of a convention it was from an undercover-mission disguise.

Maybe that could tie in with the Smash Bros. concept too. Like, at first Mega Man* is really quiet and all the other Smash Bros. kids assume he’s a robot. They almost end up mistaking Roll for a human at first when they meet her because of how much more lively she is. Heck, during this mission, at first he’s just emulating Roll, but as she quickly grows very comfortable in the role, like more comfortable than she’s ever been in her life, and it becomes a lot more natural. She clearly becomes a lot more social and happy (and seems visibly uncomfortable when referred to by her “real” names) to the point where her teammates definitely notice.

MMV Week Day 10 - Sunstar vs. Rock and Roll!!

... and that's actually it for me this year! I mulled over a couple bonus day possibilities, did concepts but nothing really stuck. Perhaps it's more fitting we get Sunstar as the finale anyway, hmm?

And yes, these have all been redraws of the Cardass series. ;) I thought it'd be fun to make them look like screencaps from an animated series. How well I achieved that is up for debate, but that was my theme this year!
