What Yoshikawa means by ‘present’ I’m assuming is somewhere between 2006 and 2008 (Around the time DMC4 was announced, or when DMC4 was made or released). But about Itsuno’s excuse...It’s plausible (Refer to this trivia, here) but at the same time, there are still some people from the 90s to this generation that didn’t and don’t use computers and cells.
