people being super fake, when people make plans and change/cancel them at the last minute (even though I am very guilty of that), and when people talk down to me in a way that makes me feel like my diabetes is a burden (”oh, I’m so sorry,” “that must be very difficult”…like in that one tone people use, not just saying that it sucks)

probably the longest was before that first haircut in sophomore year of highschool. idk the exact length but I had basically never gotten anything more than a trim up to then and it has never quite grown back to that length.
