So, in a recent dnd session, the guy who my changeling rogue had based his persona on came back after like, several in-game months, and has gone through quite the wardrobe change, such as:

• losing 3 fingers in prison (not seen in the drawing because I don't imagine it's practical to hold a knife in your fingerless hand)

• shaving his hair

• growing out a ratty beard (doesn't look like that in the art because I didn't know how it actually looked before I drew it)

So, he threatened to skin my guy's face off. Totally reasonable behavior after spending a few years dealing with the consequences of someone else's actions.
