F45-Liberty, upper body power workout today. Two exercises of devilry from today. Archer push-ups, doing push-ups with your hands on discs and when you almost get to the ground, slide one hand out and back. The other was doing pull-ups in a circular motion, because someone decided just doing pull-ups regularly was enough. I have no pull-up game and every time we do them, they make me feel bad about myself.
I ask myself... What the hell all I doing sometimes on the Saturday mornings....I could be in bed...

I should really get back into making mixes
I've had a lot of good ideas over the past few years about songs that flow really well together and themes that work really well and I've never acted on them. 90% of the notes in my note pad are about this sort of thing. Meanwhile my DJ equipment gathers dust.
