Dobry Hall Fact Blasts

1. (mentioned before) Prior to "Cheer", Dobry Hall had no cheerleading team. The last cheerleading team was from decades ago, and issues about relations with Dalton boys caused the team to be dissolved. Since then, cheerleading wasn't seen to "follow" the ideals Dobry had placed on its girls (or so administration had said) and it wasn't return. But after the boys of Dalton had to summon cheerleaders from another school just to boost up the Dalton boys' morale, a massive protest rose from Dobry Hall, with the girls claiming the right to have a cheerleading squad and be the ones to support their Dalton brothers, along with what was apparently a 150-page heavily researched testimony as to how cheerleading was a beneficial sport for them all.

Administration gave way and the Dobry cheerleaders were returned.

The girl's condition was stabilized, and no one in administration or any of the teachers have any idea this happened.

3. Every year, the Dobry girls hold something called the Catch. For a week, they would carry around wooden hoops and try to catch an unwitting Dalton boy with it. Whoever Dalton boy the Dobry girl would catch would have to perform a ridiculous dare of the Dobry girl's choosing, to be performed at the dead of night, and usually without any clothing on. 

The most noteworthy "Catch" in recent memory was when a band of Dobry girls got together, captured eight Warblers and dared them to do a naked song and dance performance (with pompoms) at the dead of night.

4. Dobry Hall dances are separate from Dalton's, although the two do share occasions every now and again. They feel this contributes to a well-populated social calendar for everyone.

5. Dobry prefects automatically set up a scheduled "care package" delivery system keyed to every girl's cycle. This way, right at day one (or a day before) supplies and treats land outside their dorm door, all free of charge. The girls also get to select preferred product brands or kind of chocolate/candy to go with it. They also usually include some surprise other thing, like new lip balm or a little trinket.

5. Unlike the Dalton boys, who are at the mercy of prefects and staff, the Dobry girls have a "due process" wherein any girl who has committed a grave offense, or had an altercation with another girl, would have the chance to appear before "court", with the dean of discipline as presiding judge and they can choose to defend themselves or have another girl aid them as a "counsel". Of course, according to the upperclassmen as they tell the underclassmen about it, it's best to resolve any problem privately, before going all the way to that, since the trials have the potential just blow things up to worse proportions. 

6. The Dobry uniform is not as strict in regulation as the Dalton ones. As long as the girl is wearing proper articles of clothing as similar as possible to the actual uniform, no one bats an eye. This is why Lucrezia Westwood is able to waltz around in dark blue lolita clothing.

7. At the holiday season, you will often find lots of Dobry girls chasing after their prefects and doing things for them collectively (carry books, get them drinks, get their seat ready for them, bring them lunch and so on). This is done often to egg the prefect on to distribute the shopping gift certificates they get right before the holiday season. XD

8. The Dobry Hall bake sale is one of the biggest highlights of the year. The Dalton boys gain an average of five to ten pounds during the event.

Okay. I just deemed my mind Crazytown

Remember when I dreamt that I was Sydney. Yeah. It happened again.

Except, this time I was Ermengarde Lancaster. You know, the girl who loves Nuts and hates coffee.

Yeah. And in my dream, I was in Dalton grounds - with every Junior in Dobry (Casey, Mika, Sara, Liz, Alex, Allie, Kathy, Nadia, Etc.) and we were all far from each other.

Anyway, in my dream I was really strung up. And then, a loud voice sounded in the intercom - Sydney's voice - and announced that the Dobry Games will begin in 3...2...1.. GO!

I was out in a flash. I was running around, looking for someone. In fact, every single Dobry girl was looking for that someone.

See, in my head, Dobry has a little game that every Prefect assigns to all girls. And the winning girl gets unlimited something something or free pass to something something.

And I was determined to win it.

The thing is, my biggest competitor is Casey Lambert. And we were friends but in those games - no one is friends.

So, the target was Sebastian Smythe. And I saw him in the courtyard - with like, dozens of eyewitness. I also saw Casey on the other side. I knew it was now or never.

There wasn't any time for nicities as I pounced on Smythe, practically stripping him. And then Casey ripped me from him, dragging me by the hair and she was stripping him too.

Anyway, I got his Blazer and Case got his Tie. That's the deal. We need to get both his Blazer and Tie and then run towards the stage in the courtyard and declare that: NAME, HOUSE claims to have SEB SMYTHE's BLAZER AND TIE on the top of our voice.

Casey was the first one to attack. She grabbed me by the hair and was forcibly tugging the Blazer. I kicked her in the stomach, yelling profanities at her. She was doing the same to me.

Then Julian and the others separated us. But I still didn't have the Tie. So, I headbutted whoever was holding me back and while clutching the Blazer, played tug-o-war with the Tie.

Casey bit me.

And I woke up with my younger sister's teeth sunk on my arm.

Casey Lambert Part Two

After the break-up. Because she may cry a lot in those times, but she ahs her friends. And she will smile and laugh and pretend she's not hurt. Because she's just that badass.
