I'm fine. I mean, after being stuck inside a hospital and bedridden for months that I missed the opening of my Uni, well, I'm fine. To the Filipinos around here, you may know what I had - Dengue. So, I managed to live - thank God.

I was lucky considering everything else.

Two of my friends and I were wondering what Ernest thinks about Logan and what he thinks about the way the Senator is treating him. We'd like to know if it's not to much to ask. :)

Ernie thinks that Logan looks unsettlingly like his father, really. XD And, well, seems to have the same old temper. Honestly, he doesn’t think he’s a gigantic success of a parent himself, so he doesn’t feel like he has room to interfere with Johnny’s “parenting” (or, as we all know, lack thereof), but he thinks that Johnny’s new wife has a point when she says that it’s not like Johnny really made a whole lot of effort, y’know? With him at least he tries one way or another with Derek, and yeah maybe something messed up along the way with Derek always so tense about doing everything right. But with Johnny it’s like at some point he just dropped Logan and let him fend for himself.

Ernie’s actually surprised, because when Logan was born, he couldn’t get Johnny to shut up about talking about his new son. (they got a little competitive, like Ernie would talk about his boy Derek and Johnny would talk about Logan…you know how some parents can be). Johnny had all these big plans, ideas. About how Logan was going to go to a good university and how he’s going to have all these amazing opportunities and how he’s likely going to be very gifted. 

And then all that sort of…well, changed. He can’t pinpoint exactly when and where (the best ballpark figure would be when he divorced Cordelia), but it disintegrated along the way, and somehow got worse when Logan came out. Ernie personally doesn’t care which team Logan plays for either, but he was surprised that Johnny does, or maybe it’s a political thing, he’s not sure.
