    There were no words to describe how much Babe hated the scorching humid weather of Louisiana, and he'd only been there for two or three days, mostly for partying reasons (The parties there are wild okay, he had to get a taste of that). 

    For now, he was in a cafe, attempting to forget about his currently raging hangover he acquired by going to a local bar the night before. He didn't have much else to do, other than look around and admire everything, and while doing so, his eyes paused on a person sitting at a nearby table.. Wow that guy looked a lot like someone he knew.. Strikingly similar.. He squinted, was it just his eyes playing tricks on him..? He almost just shrugged it off and continued with his business, but something told him to investigate. 

     Pushing himself out of his seat, he grabbed his coffee, walked over to the other person, and took a seat across from him. "No fuckin' way." He spoke bluntly, smile spreading across his features, he still wasn't sure if this was real or not. 

                               "Hey Gene, long time no see, huh?"

doc-eugene There’s something odd about having the Americans here, more soldiers meant that there was less for each of them to do, and Jehan even more so had nothing to do. His own men were off fucking, probably, or drinking, smoking in basements, whatever it was, they weren’t here, and he’s bored. He stands in a doorway, hands in his pockets, looking out at this newer company of men. He sighs, kicking the dusty land beneath his feet as he crosses towards them. ‘What are you doing?’ he asks the medic, eyeing him up. ‘Need a hand?’

OMG YAY! :D Okay, so I just saw the thing about Neal and Shane omfg I am DEAD. That is just too much for me *_* Shane is such a cutie. And like the casting directors could not have picked a better person to play Roe!

Gives nose/forehead kisses

Gene does, because he likes those small displays of affection.

Gets jealous the most

Neither of them really gets jealous a lot, because they know they stay true to each other and won’t go off with anyone else. Still, Gene does worry (especially while drunk) if he sees Claire be a little too affectionate with someone else.

Picks the other up from the bar when they’re too drunk to drive

Mostly Gene comes to pick up Claire up, because she has the habit of getting much too drunk more than he does.

Takes care of on sick days

It’s mainly Gene who takes care of Claire, even though she usually complains about it. It happens that she takes care of him too, but neither of them are sick a lot.

Drags the other person out into the water on beach day

Claire does it the most, just to mess with Gene, but he does it too sometimes if he wants revenge or just wants to play around.

Gives unprompted massages

Neither of them really does, but if it happens, it’s probably Claire. Just because it’s a nice way for them to be close.

Drives/rides shotgun

Gene drives, Claire rides shotgun.

Brings the other lunch at work

Gene probably brings Claire lunch, because she tends to forget to eat a lot, and that way he makes sure she actually does.

Has the better parental relationship

Probably Gene, with Claire not always being on friendly terms with her mother.

Tries to start role-playing in bed

While it’s something they probably wouldn’t do, it’s much more likely that Claire suggested it than Gene. Though it’s highly unlikely she’d suggested it in any other way than as a joke.

Embarrassingly drunk dancer

Claire. Always, always, always Claire. Especially seeing as she’s the one who’s drunk the most when it comes to them.

Still cries watching Titanic

Neither. They don’t really cry at movies, or in general, for that matter.

Firmly believes in couples costumes

Claire would be the one to suggest it, just for the fun of it. Though whether they’d actually do it or not depends a lot on the occasion.

Breaks the expensive gift rule during Christmas

This one’s tricky... Neither really buys anything expensive, but if it happened, it would probably be Gene. And it might be a one off thing, like an engagement ring or a present that celebrates something big.

Makes the other eat breakfast

Gene always makes Claire eat breakfast, because she tend to try and skip meals in favour of taking care of people. If she doesn’t stay to do it at home, he’ll bring something to work for her and make sure she eats it.

Remembers anniversaries

They both do, but Gene is probably better at it than Claire. She tends to remember it last minute, while he’s better at planning ahead.

Brings up having kids

Neither of them really does, because it’d probably just be a thing they just feel might be nice. However, depending on whether they know Claire can’t have kids or not, it might happen in different ways.

I love your portrayal of Malarkey. I think he has both sides to him and honestly when I read your responses, I HEAR his voice in my head. You made me actually pay attention to the character on the show and I think that says a lot. You make people WANT to love the guy. And thats awesome. Never leave!
