Aftermath of a Happy Chili make. January In Rochester NY US and it is cold out the windows. A near perfect day for a bowl of chili and a chunk of corn bread.
So it was that this morning I gathered what I needed and put the ingredients nearby my own "Mise En Place". They now simmer slowly on the back burner blending flavors and becoming Happy Chili.
Oh yeah! Happy Eating Ahead.
Then I looked over at the "Mise En Place." Or maybe I should say the aftermath. It was ready to be picked up/ cleaned up. As I looked I heard this loud and insisted voice. "Picture George - PICTURE! "
