hey so my mums's a nutritionist and i know that a lot of people don't believe in nutrition but she said that menstrual cramps shouldn't happen. i used to pass out from pain with my cramps but i took magnesium supplements once a day during my period and they stopped completely. apparently cramping is quite often because of a lack of magnesium you can also take epsom salt baths which are great. anyway i just thought if you want to try it it could help while being drug free
well, I didn't know about that. I thought period cramps were caused by contractions of the uterus... but again, I'm not an expert about this, just a woman lol
