10. time you came closest to levitating - hoo boy okay so I've started to program/alter some of the lights for shows and my boss trusts me to make the decisions without asking first. Partway through our Christmas show I decided the snap cue when all the performers freeze on the 2 beats before the chorus of Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go would look cool with the UV wash to pick out the dancers' neon tutus (before that there was no wash, just the back bar). Didn't get chance to test it beforehand, I just stuck it in, and it WORKED and I yelled so loudly and almost launched myself through the roof, honestly think I could have levitated through sheer willpower alone

gardenia; what’s a promise you’ve recently made to yourself? I don't tend to consciously make promises with myself so much as deals or telling myself I will/won't do something, but I guess a recent one is that after my final exam next week I'm going to give myself an entire day to just do art, play Sims and watch a movie or two, really have a break and relax 🥰

angel’s face; what was your favorite bedtime story as a child? As a younger child I absolutely adored Dear Zoo, then as I got older we developed a tradition where my brother and I would pile into bed with our parents and mum would read us a chapter from the Chronicles of Narnia which is a fond memory

anemone; describe yourself in 3 words. Gosh it's tough to pick just three and try to cover everything, but I think for now I'll go with: curious, logical, loving 💜

Dusk: do you like liminal zones? which ones? I kind of do! Airports and stations have a pretty cool vibe once I get over my travel anxiety, but I did once walk into a shopping centre that seemed open but the only people I saw were cleaning staff and all the shops seemed like they were shut down or outdated and it was just a horrible vibe 😰

Tuesday: phrase you often use. I tend to say "it'll be reet" a lot, as well as general interjections like "oh aye". And can't forget the good old "AAAAAAAAAA", I scream into the void a lot

April: favorite poem or quote. My absolute favourite quote, which is kind of poetic, is this one from Pushing Daisies: "Everything we do is a choice: oatmeal or cereal, highway or side street, kiss her or keep her. We make choices and we live with the consequences. If someone gets hurt along the way, we ask for forgiveness. It's the best anyone can do." I just think that's a really beautiful sentiment 🥺

no. I neither forgive nor forget. I will move past things in order to function without hassle around people but I never forgive. I'm bitter and this protects me so I like it this way
