had my yearly physical this morning... pretty stoked that it happened on a #transformationtuesday 💪🏽 Officially down 23lbs since April 12th. My goal weight for today's check in was 199 but I weighed in at an even 200. I'll take it!!!! just means I'll be pushing myself harder and eating cleaner. so proud of the progress I've been making. ((hubby has been getting in shape too, he's down 21lbs so far)) We got this ✊🏽 loving this new lifestyle 😍 I feel better, more energy and overall happier. #youeatthatilleatthis #documentlifeart #notfinishedyet
