Hello! <3 Little question #1: Hanji don't wearing in any moment the bolo tie neither chapter 89 or 90. I think every commander has their bolo tie. I am wrong about this? Little question #2: The "medals' moment" was part of memorial service? Really? I am very desapointed. I was expecting something more emotional, maybe. I am a little worry about the future of SC, mainly after the conversation with the jornalists.

Little Answer #1 : Yeah, I also know every commander has their bolo tie, you are correct. Hange does not wear that maybe because she doesn’t like bolo ties? Maybe her bolo tie is her eyepatch,kidding ofc, *side eyes to Isayama* Maybe we’ll see our precious eyepatch commander finally wearing one in upcoming chapters!

Little Answer #2 : Personally, I was waiting for something more than emotional, I was waiting for an actual funeral, or at least a five minutes of silence for our fallen comrades kinda thing. Medals were may be given later. Isayama has chose this way, I am not approving but that is his story in the end.

I also am worrying about the future of SC, but that is not an unusual thing, SC has always been in danger. And since they are always used to it, they know how to handle it better than many.Even if an angry crowd runs after them, even if the whole Military Police tries to make them vanish, even titans are running after them, SC will always find a way to get out from all of these. Let’s be positive and count on our heroes!

But to be honest, that journalist has a point in the end, if the Walled Society won’t accept their true identity, their ignorance may be their end.

Voltron reminds me power rangers. It’s only me?

Voltron originally aired starting on September 10, 1984 and was based on a series that started airing  March 4, 1981.

Power Rangers started airing August 28, 1993.

So really, Power Rangers might have pulled some inspiration from Voltron in the way Revolutionary Girl Utena pulled some inspiration from Rose of Versailles.

I can’t comment on the similarities of concepts and stuff, though, since I’ve never in my life watched the Power Rangers.

Dear mom, I have a question. Chapter 90 show 1 year forward, but I see only 8 persons on the beach: Hanji, Levi, Eren, Mikasa, Armin, Sasha, Connie and Jean. Mom, where the others? I think at 1 year, anothers recruitment would happens and more recruits would enter in SC.

I wondered about this as well. I too am very curious about the structure of the Survey Corps now.

The beach excursion was a fact finding mission - one to prove to the population that Grisha’s information is accurate. They didn’t bring the supplies for an assault so it seems likely just the squad was sent.

I mentioned in another post that I think 9 may have been present. You can clearly identify 8 characters below, and we know they bring extra horses on missions, but I do wonder if Flocke was there as well.

There’s a character with crazy hair looking at the “Turtle Titan” (c 2017 @kyojinofbraveos) on page 37

An enlarged image of that person is on the left. I’ve added a shot of Jean from page 36 a comparison. As @bettrdays mentioned to me last night, the person with the messy hair could very easily be Jean. It’s impossible know, but I think it’s worth mentioning.

Then they went out and had custom-made jackets done just for them.

You write very well and yes, you wrote memorable things. I don’t believe someone said you don’t write good things :(

Aw, thanks. <3 It was many years ago and at the time I think they might have been partially right. I went through a phase where I wrote everything that came to mind no matter how trivial or dumb it was, and that resulted in a lot of...pretty mediocre writing. I’ve written something like 700 fanfics by now and out of those maybe..50 are honestly good. Like, good enough that you’d want to recommend them to someone else.

The rest are either legitimately awful/unreadable or mediocre. And mediocre writing tends to be forgettable.
