Only Levi, he was focusing on Hanji in all panels in the manga. He worried that she would get hurt, and gazed so gently at her face shining with curiosity.
Perhaps though he enjoyed the sea, but what makes him happier is to see Hanji laughing happily like before.
can't image Isym could express more obviously how deeply Levi cherishes Hanji.

I was rewatching the ocean episode and I realized that maybe the part in SNK 131 where Eren said he was disappointed can be related to what he said here:
This is not, of course, to justify that what he’s doing is right, when the collateral damage clearly exceeds the benefits of the rumbling. But just putting in perspective, if I’ve been living my whole life imprisoned inside walls, and when I finally break free, I find more enemies, I would be disappointed too.
