I literally can’t stop crying and my dog is only two years old.

My dog has cancer. Please, please, please, God, let her make it a few years longer. Please let her survive this. She's everything to me. And I thought she was so healthy. I thought she was doing so well. She seems so good but she's been fighting this for the past 2 months. I didn't even know. How can she look and seem so healthy when she's actually sick? I'm so upset. I don't know what to do. I wish I knew what I could do. I don't know what I'm going to do.
