Another of my Grandma Rhodes's things! No... she didn't make it. And my crafty skills are not quite tatting level yet! I believe in all things Oh so Vintage...Oh so Chic. Some have this same lace fabric on their coffee or end table used as a doille but it's a Classic lace skirt for me.
