Been in a major funk for about 5 hours now. Since my parents left. Because it's lovely and wonderful that they come help me try to wrangle my house into some semblance of order, but that always comes with a HEAVY helping of shame.

And I can't even say anything, because with all the other family drama, that'll spark a Cold War situation, and I just can't handle that.

I have several things on my list to do tonight. So far i have done none of them. And i haven't even been doing things i enjoy. I'm just sitting here. Crying, but not enough to actually purge the emotion. Needing to eat, but not hungry. Needing to accomplish things, but feeling like a stinking worthless pile of shit.

Actually my day has been pretty shit but our school had early dismissal so I got out at 12:20 instead of 2:20!! And spent a lot of time on social media! And now I'm working on my bio homework and being mildly productive which is good for me
